Issues With Orders/Customer Service

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange to pick up the remaining unopened bottles as well as the bottle you are unhappy with. We will test the beer and, if faulty, will replace your order in full. Please note, this must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
Credit Card Information
“Martinborough Brewery” will appear on cardholder statements for any credit card transactions made through this website.
Sales are New Zealand only. For deliveries or deliveries outside of New Zealand please contact us.
All deliveries within New Zealand are by courier and direct to your door. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, he or she will leave a card requesting that you contact the Courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time. Special delivery instructions will need to be given at the time of ordering eg: leave goods at the back door. We take no responsibility for loss of goods once delivered.
Any shortages or breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours, by email email@example.com and quoting your receipt number. Please Note: All goods are insured up until the point of delivery: Until a signature is obtained or wherever the goods are left as per your special delivery instructions.
Supply of Liquor To Minors
It is illegal for us to sell beer to you if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal for you to buy beer from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy beer if you are under the age of 18.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST.
The information you supply to Martinborough Brewery when placing an order is stored, and used soley for the purpose of fulfilling that order, i.e. for processing your order, allowing delivery and to allow us to contact you in relation to the order if that is necessary, and for maintaining our own transaction records. We do not routinely use your information to direct market, nor do we sell or rent the information to any third party. Credit Card processing is managed and processed Stripe (https://stripe.com) on it’s own secure server. Credit Card details are not held by Martinborough Brewery and cannot be accessed by Martinborough Brewery staff.
