    2023 – Top 30 of the New World Beer & Cider Awards for 2023

    Enjoy the citrus notes layered with hints of stone fruit.  Then sit back and wait for the bitterness to tantalise your senses and the elixir of hops to cure your ills. We think the word ‘Elixir’ aptly describes this beer. An elixir is defined as a medicinal liquid intended to cure ones ills, while in mythological terms the ‘elixir of life’ grants the drinker eternal life or youth. Although we can’t guarantee these effects from consuming our Hop Elixir, it might just take some of your ills away!

    A light crisp American Pale Ale punctuated with juicy citrus and tropical fruit aromas. US hops are the hero and allowed to shine off a light pale malt base. Light amber in colour with a moderate bitter finish.

    Black Nectar

    Black Nectar is an Oatmeal Stout crafted with a blend of dark roasted malts and oats. This was our inaugural beer. So why a stout for our first beer? The minerals in water have a major impact on brewing. Martinborough’s water is perfectly suited for dark beers and has a similar profile to some of the world’s best known brewing regions of dark beer, such as London, Brussels and Munich. The dark malts are the hero of this beer, delivering roastiness with chocolate and coffee notes.  The oats add body and sweetness to balance the bitterness of this delicious stout.
